It appears that it’s just not compatible with Windows The system requirements are hereand it says nothing about being compatible with anything after Windows 7.

It says on this Autodesk page that Autocad 2010 free 64 bit for windows 10 and aren’t ссылка in Windows 10, so you should assume the same for earlier versions. The best foor would be to install an earlier version of Windows in a virtual machine search vor web and run Autocad there.
